Sunday Night Mass

Last night we had our monthly Sunday night Mass and dinner.  Our celebrant was Father Richard Dion, the pastor of Saint Anthony's in Manchester, and he was assisted by our former Campus Minister Deacon Andrew Nelson who is home from the seminary this week on break.

Father Richard's homily revolved around the gospel reading which recounted the temptations of Jesus by the devil.  He spoke of the presence of evil in our world and, quoting Kevin Spacey from the great movie "The Usual Suspects", who said "The greatest trick the devil ever pulled was to convince the world that he didn't exist."

The Pratte family provided wonderful music as always and Jason Dufour '16 served and Emily Murphy '14 was our lector.

Following Mass we had a nice dinner in the cafe and people lingered for a long time which is wonderful.  This monthly event has become a great way for the community to come together in pray and fellowship.  Please consider joining us at our next Mass on March 17 at 5pm
