You may have seen the weather reports for the entire East Coast today, especially in Washington and Baltimore. After watching the reports and reading up on the travel conditions projected for today along I-95, we decided to cancel our trip to the March for Life. It was not an easy decision as we work on this trip for months and months and it is one of the best events of the year. But, we had to weigh the safety of our students, chaperones, bus drivers, and the folks at the schools where we are staying. We would have hit the Baltimore area at the height of the storm when the forecasters said it was going to be the worst. When I called one of the schools to say we wouldn't make it she said, "Oh, I was wondering when you were going to call!"
