Catholic Schools Week Update

We are halfway through Catholic Schools Week 2014.  On Monday we passed out coffee and donuts to parents as they dropped off students as a way to thank them for their commitment to Trinity High School.  The next morning we began the day with morning prayer in the chapel for the feast of St. Thomas Aquinas, the patron saint of students.  There was a healthy crowd of about 25-30 students which I am sure had nothing to do with the donuts we were serving after!  The students were also able to dress down for the day.

Today we had make your own ice cream sundaes in the cafe but I just realized I forgot to put out the whipped cream!  We also brought chicken tenders and fries over to the fire station next door to thank them for all they do for us.  Today was also a dress down day but it was to benefit Natasha Cote '14 whose home was destroyed in a fire on Friday morning.  We are still collecting money but I think we are going to break $3,000!
