Today is the first day of classes and as we are dedicating this year to Mr. Gorski '58 I thought it might be appropriate that our opening prayer for the year be one he wrote last year:
When things look dark and bleak and dreary,
Jesus is right there to make you cheery.
Do not despair, be gloomy, or pout,
Jesus is always watching to help you out.
So if life is tense with homework and an upcoming test,
turn to Jesus for help, and He will help you rest.
