Every September the Bishop of Manchester holds a fundraiser at his house to raise money for the Bishop's Charitable Assistance Fund. This year they raised $189,000 (a $60,000 increase from last year)! For many years Trinity has been asked to help clean up after the event is over and we were happy to help out again this year. 7 generous students joined me from 9pm-11pm on Thursday night and did an amazing job taking down lights, decorations, etc. without complaining!
To thank them, the next morning I had Market Basket donuts waiting for them in Campus Ministry. If you've ever had donuts from Market Basket, you know how amazing they are (and I know my donuts!). The guys who helped were:
