Back to the future?

Bro. Ermest Miller, FSC speaks to faculty at Saint Anselm Abbey Church

On Monday and Tuesday, Bro. Ernest Miller, FSC and Mr. Alan Weyland of the District of Eastern North America visited Trinity High School.  They were here to make presentations to our Advisory Board and faculty about the Lasallian Christian Brothers and our possible association with them. 

Many people commented that we already exhibit many of the attributes of a Lasallian school.  Where an association would benefit us is that we would have a number of resouces, formation programs, networking opportunities, etc. available to us. In addition, our identity and spirtuality would be enhanced and our school would part of something bigger than itself.  Nothing would change vis a vis governance or ownership, we would just be part of this network.  If we decided to go down this road, there is a three year discernment process where we and Lasalle decide if this is a right fit.  Even after those three years are up, we can still back out at anytime.
