Who doesn't like ice cream?

Each year during Catholic Schools Week, we have a make your own sundae day for our students.  We were supposed to have it yesterday but with the snow days we moved it to today.  We actually ran out of whipped cream and jimmies so I had to run out in between lunches to get more!  We ordered just  the right amount of ice cream though (eight tubs, so I can remember for next year).

The forecast is calling for more snow tomorrow and we don't know if we will have a delay or a cancellation.  We had our Catholic Schools Week Mass scheduled for tomorrow with a special guest choir from St. Michael's College in Vermont and the celebrant was going to be the director of Campus Ministry at St. Michael's, Fr. Brian Cummings, S.S.E.  But, with the uncertainty of the weather we regrettably had to cancel their trip as well as the Mass.

We also had to push back our project to make sandwiches for New Horizons, sending notes to women and men religious in the diocese, and lunch for our staff.  We will make those up in the coming days.
