Today we had our final Morning Prayer of Advent. We sang the third verse of "O Come, O Come Emmanuel", prayed the Benedictus, heard the Nativity story from Matthew, and prayed a final prayer. Following this I treated everyone to donuts - it's amazing how free donuts draw such a crowd!
I hope to do these Morning Prayer services again in Lent - stay tuned.
