Today I am getting lunch (Backroom tenders of course) for the members of our choir. They work so hard to make our Masses beautiful and I wanted to take this opportunity to thank them. I am also grateful to Mr. Maurier '72 of our science department and Mrs. Trachim of our math department who lead the choir. Mr. Sheehan '79, Mr. Bielik of our math department, Ms. Byron of our social studies department, and Ms. Foley and Ms. Girard of our theology department also sing in the choir along with 30 students.
The first time I visited Trinity High School was in 2005 for the dedication Mass of the new Campus Ministry Center. Deacon Andrew Nelson started Campus Ministry and invited me and my wife Lynn to attend the Mass (I had gone to college with Andrew). The first thing I noticed when I arrived was the amazing choir. I couldn't believe that such a small school had such a beautiful choir. Little did I know that I would be working at the school a year later and working in Campus Ministry a few years after that!
