Yesterday our students made hundreds and hundreds and hundreds of peanut butter and jelly sandwiches to benefit the good people who depend on New Horizons here in Manchester. I didn't count the exact number but the students did fill both of these bins with sandwiches! In addition we had so much bread donated for this project that we were able to donate all the extra loaves as well. To give you a sense of the amount of bread we had left over, the loaves filled the entire back seat and back window of my car!
