Loving Jesus, you calm the storms of our lives with Your reassuring presence. We are safe when we place our trust in You. We believe that we will not be randomly tossed about by life’s waves and storms for You are the steady presence in life’s chaos. As our Haitian brothers and sisters prepare for the third anniversary of the devastating earthquake that destroyed so much of their nation may they find true calm in their faith in You. We pray in solidarity with the people of Haiti, as they rebuild their nation and their lives, they will find Your calming presence in the daily chaos. May your peace lift their spirits and give them courage to build a future filled with hope.
