Here will rise...

On July 19, Father Michael Griffin, a priest of the Diocese of Manchester, passed away at the age of 89.  Father Griffin had been a priest since 1949!

One of his first assignments was as a teacher at Bishop Bradley High School, the school that would become Trinity High School in 1970.  Father Griffin taught there from 1951-1965 although I am not entirely sure what subject.  The diocese had so many priests at the time that many of them taught in the schools.  Between 1951 and 1970, 23 priests taught at Bishop Bradley alongside the Lasallian Christian Brothers.
