Yesterday the first of three groups from Trinity going to Philadelphia this summer left Manchester. Over the course of this summer, 2 groups are going to spend a week volunteering at Saint Francis Inn and another is taking part in Lasallian Youth Assembly, a week of service learning.
This week's group is led by Mrs. Tarr (mother of Sarah '11 and Thomas '13) and Mr. Wentworth (father of Kate '13), Ms. P and I are taking the Lasallian Youth Assembly group next week, and Mr. Sheehan and Mrs. Veillette (mother of Pete '08, Simone '10, and Olivia '13) are taking the other Saint Francis Inn group in August.
A huge word of thanks to Mr. Sheehan for all his hard work in organizing the trips to Saint Francis Inn. He's been there about 5 times and knows it well. He graciously agreed to organize our two trips down since I have never been and was not able to attend this summer.
Please pray this week for all of our students as well as Mrs. Tarr and Mr. Wentworth.
